Emergent Design: Cakes, Showers and Electricians (Agile Africa 2015)

Good design doesn't have to come from a big upfront plan. Using the unlikely metaphors of cakes, showers, and electricians, this talk explores how software architecture can emerge naturally from iterative development — and why emergent design often produces simpler, better solutions than designing everything in advance.
